A good recruiter, is a good marketer. They must convey a personal brand in order to attract clients that trust them with their hiring needs, and also have visibility to network to fill that need. My strengths in recruitment and talent acquisition are the following: Recruitment Strategy: Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent to the organization. Sourcing Candidates: Using various channels such as job boards, social media, mass text/email and networking to find potential candidates. Back in the day, I even use the original "Monster Board" and OCC to source IT Contract professionals for the Y2K conversion. Employer Branding: Enhancing the company's employer brand through digital marketing techniques, showcasing the company culture, and promoting job openings. Candidate Screening: Reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, and assessing candidate's skills and cultural fit. Talent Pipeline: Building and maintaining a pipeline of potential candidates for future job openings. What is not good for an immediate opening could be an ideal fit in the near future. Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Working closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide suitable candidates. Recruitment Marketing: Creating and executing marketing campaigns specifically aimed at attracting talent, such as job postings, recruitment videos, and social media promotions.
I see them complementing each other, but my core experience is talent acquisition within the Healthcare niche. Recruitment Marketing is key in today's unique landscape.
